Cremation :
Cremation is the process of reducing dead bodies to basic chemical compounds in the form of gases and bone fragments.
During the cremation process, a large part of the body (especially the organs) and other soft tissue are vaporized and oxidized by the intense heat; gases released are discharged through the exhaust system.
Open Air Cremation:
In India, as many as about 16500 deaths are registered per day.
At present, about more than 80% dead bodies are cremated in open place; buried and thrown into waters which create lot of pollution issues, danger to environment and ground water as well water sources.
Cremation in a Crematorium:-
Cremation in a closed chamber furnace is Safe; 100% efficient and eco friendly. Once the rituals to the deceased are over, the body placed upon the moveable trolley which is pushed into cremation furnace, at once, the furnace is ready for cremation.
The cremation furnace has got primary and secondary chambers.
The body would incinerate in the primary chamber and then in the secondary chamber in between 850 – 1100 degree temperature and the cremation get completed in about 60 to 90 minutes maximum.
During the cremation, as per pollution control board standards, the Gas Cleaning System along with Venturi Scrubber in our crematory system and equipments will clean and remove the hazardous gases and substances with modern technology.
Our Crematorium system has the ash collection system to collect ash and remains for further customs.
